Platinum Graphics photographs weddings and receptions with a combined maximum of five (5)
hours for six hundred dollars ($600.00). Any extra hours over six (6) are fifty dollars($50.00)
per hour. This price covers taking photos at your wedding and reception, receiving an eight and a
half by eleven (8 ½ x 11), twenty (20) page wedding album and a proof sheet of all your wedding
photos. We do provide a disk of all your wedding photos for an additional fee of fifty dollars
($50.00). The photos on the disk are directly from the camera. There are no retouches done.
The disk cannot be picked up before you receive your wedding album. Pre-wedding photos are
taken for an additional one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) if the location is not where
the wedding is located. If the pre-wedding photos will be shot in the same location as the wedding
and it is within the five (5) hour time limit, the price is not added to the package price. Post-
wedding photos are also taken for an additional one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00)
with a maximum of two (2) hours. Any extra hours over two (2) are fifty dollars ($50.00) per
hour.
RESERVATION
Upon your signature, Platinum Graphics will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not
make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit of two
hundred dollars ($200) is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for
any reason, including acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. The Reservation Deposit is
to be paid at the time of signing the contract. The Reservation Deposit is applied towards the
contracted wedding photography package. The client understands and agrees that the entire
amount owed for the wedding photography package described in the contract is due thirty (30)
days before your wedding date, unless otherwise specified. If your balance is not paid in full thirty
(30) days before your wedding date, you will be charged $5.00 each day you are late.
TRAVELING FEES
Traveling fees are not added if your wedding is within the New Orleans Area.
Platinum Graphics charges one (1) dollar per mile, round trip, from our company location to the
wedding location. Lodging and meal expenses depend on the location of the wedding and hotels
near the area where the wedding will be held. This price will be given upon Platinum Graphics
receiving the exact address where the wedding will be held. The photographer will begin
traveling to the wedding vicinity no less than three (3) hours before the wedding starts. This is to
give time for traffic delays, detours, gas stops, directions, etc.
PAYMENT
Payment options are cash and credit cards. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal. All
PayPal payments are to be sent to trenice@platinumgraphics.org.
Receipts will be given via email, if an email address is provided. Receipts can be picked up from
Platinum Graphics or we can mail them to you, if you choose. There is a $50 charge on payments
returned for any reason.
ADDITIONAL ORDERS
Any additional orders can be placed after you receive your wedding album. The turnaround time
for the basic six hundred dollar ($600.00) wedding package, meaning your wedding album and
the proof sheet of all your wedding photos is no more than seven to fourteen (7 - 14) business
days. If the wedding package is requested withing seventy-two (72) hours, there will be a rush
charge of one hundred dollars ($100) required no later than one week before the wedding. Half
down is required for any additional orders placed. The turnaround time for any additional orders
is also no more than seven to fourteen (7-14) business days from the time you place the order.
DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS
Platinum Graphics turns over all ownership of the photographs, digital negatives and/or prints
produced in exchange for the clients’ wedding album being placed on two (2) websites and for the
bride to be contacted via email by other brides to obtain information regarding our services for
their future wedding. The first site is Platinum Graphics (www.platinumgraphics.
org/WEDDINGS) and the second site is Slide (www.slide.com). The bride’s reference information
is listed on our “ASK THE BRIDES” page. You are listed as your first initial and full last name
only. You can find your album on Slide by searching trenice@platinumgraphics.org and/or by
going to Platinum Graphics Weddings website and clicking “THE PHOTO GALLERY”. All photos will be
watermarked with Platinum Graphics’ seal. We are not to be held responsible if your wedding
album is copied from either site and used for another persons personal use.
The client may reproduce any and all photographs, digital negatives and/or prints in any manner
without Platinum Graphics’ verbal or written permission.
Please be advised that all photographs placed on a disk come directly from the camera, therefore
it will not be retouched and printing the photos on a computer will not have the same quality as
Platinum Graphics’ photographs.
CAMERA FLASH PERMISSION
Platinum Graphics uses a camera flash one hundred percent (100%) of the time during the
wedding and reception, unless otherwise specified. When a flash is not permitted, the
photographs may come out dark and sometimes blurry. We are not responsible for the quality of
the photos during that time. Your only other option is to do a "mock ceremony" after the actual
ceremony is over, which is to re-shoot the wedding classics such as the exchange of rings and the
kissing of the bride using a flash. Please check with the church or place in which your services are
going to be held to see if they will permit extra time to shoot a mock ceremony.
