FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you guys give refunds?
No, we do not give refunds at all. Reason being is because all of our items are custom made. We can't resell an item that has your face or your loved one's face on it. This also goes for exchanges. We do not swap out an item for another item for the same reason stated above.
Can we place orders over the phone?
Yes. We do allow our customers to place orders over the phone because, sometimes, you may have a hard time ordering online and need a little bit of help. We don't mind.
Can I get a discount if I order shirts in bulk?
Yes. There is a group rate price list on our Downloads page. All of the price break downs will be listed on there.
Do you guys ship lifesized posters?
Yes. Our lifesized posters are made of foam board which are able to fold.
Can I bring my own t-shirt to get a design printed on it?
Yes. As long as your shirt can take an iron, you can bring it for us to print. If you look at the tag and its says no iron or has an iron symbol with a line through it, the heat will burn the garment.
Do you guys supply tank tops?
No. We do not supply tank tops. You can bring your own, BUT we don't recommend you bringing the tank tops due to the shirt needing to stretch. Once we put a design on it, when the shirt stretches, mostly referring to the females, the design will stretch also damaging the design
completely.
How much of a deposit do I need to put down for you guys to my items?
The entire balance needs to be paid before we start anything. Once we receive the full payment, we layout your design, send it to you via email and/or text for approval, then once approved, we print everything and contact you for pick up.
What is the turnaround time to receive my order?
We work by event date, not first come, first served. Meaning, if your event is in February and you placed your order in January, we have to finish all of our January orders first, then we jump to the February orders. We always get our orders out before the customers event, so please don't panic if you haven't heard from us. We are still diligently working and will send you your design as soon as we've finished laying it out.
Am I allowed to pick up my items after business hours if I am unable to make it before you close?
Yes. We know that our customers have jobs and other obligations so if you need to come after hours, all we ask is that you let us know ahead of time so we can make provisions for your pick up. Sometimes we don't finish the items before we close and we have to call you for pick up after hours also.
Do you guys have same day service?
Yes, but it only applies to designs that just need to be reprinted. In some cases, when business is a bit slow, we can have your order out the same day.
When is the last day to place an order?
The last day to place orders are on Wednesdays. If your event is on Saturday or Sunday, you will need to place your order no later than the Wednesday before your event or we will not be able to get it done. Estimated pick up time is no later than Friday evening.
Is shipping an option or local pick-up only?
We do provide shipping as an option, but your items have to be ordered and paid for in full no later than one week before your event. This allows room for error such as rough weather conditions and/or holidays that has the post offices closed.
